Donald Paxton grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he developed a passion for numbers and problem-solving. After graduating from La Salle University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, he embarked on a career as a Certified Public Accountant in the financial services sector.
For eight years, Donald honed his expertise in financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. But he wanted more than to just crunch numbers — he wanted to help real people change their lives.
Inspired by Dave Ramsey's principles, Donald and his wife went all-in on the Baby Steps. In 2021, they celebrated their Debt-Free Scream live on The Dave Ramsey Show. That experience cemented his calling: to help others experience the same transformation.
